General Information
These terms and conditions apply to the 99 taka platform and all its services. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to all the terms stated here. 99 taka is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games and sports betting for users in Bangladesh.

Account Registration
Creating a personal account is required to use services on 99 taka. All information provided at the time of registration — name, mobile number, email, and date of birth — must be accurate and up to date.
2.1 Number of Accounts
Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and their balances may be considered void.
2.2 Identity Verification
For security purposes, 99 taka reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. No third party may be allowed to use your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify 99 taka immediately.
Age and Eligibility
Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use services on 99 taka. Those under 21 are not eligible to use this service. If a user provides a false age at registration and this is later proven, the account will be closed immediately and restrictions will apply to the refund of deposited funds.
In addition, users must access the service from a region or country where there are no legal restrictions on conducting online gaming activities. If a user connects from a region where such services are restricted, 99 taka reserves the right to suspend or close that account.
Deposits and Withdrawals
99 taka currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks).
4.1 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (the same for all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may apply.
4.3 Prohibited Transactions
Depositing using a third party's account or card is prohibited. The account holder and the owner of the payment method must be the same person. If a suspicious transaction is detected, 99 taka reserves the right to temporarily hold the payment pending investigation.
4.4 Unused Balance
99 taka may deduct an administrative fee from the balance of accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The user will be notified by email or SMS before the account becomes inactive.
Bonuses and Promotions
99 taka offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which the user must fulfil.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Newly registered members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 as a bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is applicable only once per account.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
- If any fraudulent or unusual betting pattern is detected, 99 taka reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
- Winnings earned from a bonus will remain as bonus balance until the wagering requirements are met.
5.3 Other Promotions
Weekly deposit rewards, Friday special offers, slots lover gifts, 99 taka birthday celebration, and Refer a Friend festival — each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period. No promotion may be used in combination with another unless clearly stated in the relevant offer.
Gaming and Betting Policy
99 taka operates games across various categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. The rules for each game can be found on that game's page.
6.1 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and betting market. For high-value wins, 99 taka reserves the right to complete a verification process before making payment.
6.2 Technical Issues
If the internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs during a game, 99 taka will determine the game result based on its own logs. The server log will be treated as the final record.
6.3 Cheating and Fraud
Any form of cheating, use of bots, software manipulation, or organised fraud in games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and legal action may be taken.
6.4 Sports Betting
Odds offered in sports betting are subject to change. Once the odds on a bet have been accepted, they will not change; however, 99 taka reserves the right to void a bet in the case of a clear data error.
Account Suspension and Closure
99 taka reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Registering with a false identity or information.
- Failure to pass age verification or being identified as a minor.
- Signs of suspicious financial activity or money laundering.
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
- On the order of a court or government authority.
A user may also voluntarily request closure of their own account. In that case, any withdrawable balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.
Responsible Gaming
